Michelle Cordovado has more than 15 years of experience in early childhood education, beginning her career in 2008 and joining Inspira Kids 13 years ago. After starting as an assistant and completing a Diploma in Children’s Services, she progressed through several leadership roles and has been the Educational Leader at Gladstone Park since 2015.
Michelle is passionate about creating an inclusive and nurturing environment that supports children to reach developmental milestones while encouraging creativity, curiosity and confidence. With a background in social work and fluency in both Spanish and English, she builds strong, trusting relationships with families and ensures every child feels supported to grow with confidence.
